If you list your home
for sale
with me, I will only charge you 4% instead of the usual 6% as long
as you sign a contract to buy your next home through me. We must
offer 3% to the selling agent other wise; your home will not be
shown by other agents. In essence, I am listing your home for 1%.
Why do this? Two reasons.
1. I get exposure
from listing your home. I like exposure.
2. I make up the
difference on the commission on your home purchase (which comes
from the seller…not you!)
What
if I only want to list my home and don’t want to buy another?
Well, I can still help you and can still save you money! I will
only charge you 5% to list your home if you are not in the market
for another home…exposure, remember?
Either
way…YOU SAVE MONEY!
