Royal Oaks Country Club is a community in the heart of Houston, eight miles
west of The Galleria at 11800 Westheimer Road.Sunrise Colony Co., a builder and developer of communities with

force behind Royal Oaks Country Club .
This location was selected for its accessibility to the city's
major attractions, from Galleria shopping and business districts,
to the downtown arts and entertainment centers as well as both
Bush Intercontinental and Hobby airports.
Royal Oaks Country Club is surrounded by a masonry wall, with
access provided via a gatehouse that will be manned 24 hours daily
– a video-monitored, controlled access entrance for residents,
members and guests.
Technology will connect the homes with a fiber-optic network
and communitywide intranet. Royal Oaks Country Club will feature the
7,033-yard, par-72 Fred Couples signature golf course and a
45,000-square-foot clubhouse. The sports club and spa complex will
include a 11,000-square-foot clubhouse, with additional facilities
at the tennis complex, aquatic center and grille.
Golf, executive, sports club and spa, and social and swim
memberships will be available. When completed, the community will
feature 900 single-family custom and estate homes, priced from
$300,000 to more than $3 million. A total of 204 homes have sold,
including 34 of the 43 estate homesites.
"More than one-third of these homesites will enjoy views
of the Fred Couples signature course, a stadium-designed course
with multitiered greens," said Jennifer Arriaga, Royal Oaks Country Club
marketing director.
Twenty-six home designs created by Houston-based architects are
offered in the community.
And, elevations up to 15 feet allow views throughout the
neighborhood.
In addition, six of Houston's custom builders have been chosen
to build in The Estates of Royal Oaks Country Club, including Abercrombie
Custom Homes, Charles R. Martin and Associates, Jonathon Custom
Estate Homes, King Residential Group, Masterpiece Homes, and
McVaugh Custom Homes.
Within The Estates, homesites are available overlooking a
fairway or a waterfall, and settings are nestled in the property's
trees.
Many sites feature elevated settings, and several will overlook
the No. 6 hole of the Fred Couples course, which offers an island
green in the center of one of Royal Oaks Country Club' nine lakes.
